(Kinda an art/comic rant)
This has been happening for years, mainly after I improved in art. On Furcadia, when I link artwork to other artists who know me or sometimes an artist friend, after complimenting theirs and always caring for their art when they link it, mine gets ignored and the ppl or person pretends it's not there, afk only at that time, or talk to other ppl as if nothing's happened.
Not saying everyone on furcadia is like this to me, but it's usually the same ppl for the past years. Don't link your shit to me or want attention for your art, if you're gonna completely ignore the person caring/commenting your work constantly when they link their own to you, it's fucking rude. It's not just a coincidence either, it's happened 99% of the time.

You're very talented and they're just jealous they don't have the artistic ability that you do. I wish I was as good as you. I get few to no comments on my own art when I post it so I know how it feels. I always try to post a comment when I see my favorite artists post their work. I try to show my support even if I can't always afford to buy anything. I love seeing your art.
I try to comment on my fav artists or ppl who post but I assume im bugging them sometimes because I guess they get so many, they can't comment to them all, that or just pick the ones they like. I appreciate all the comments i get, since I don't get much myself, you and Nookmorrigan comment most of my works than anyone else. :o

Well, its usually from ppl who link/like to show their art on the game, just seems like everytime i post mine, it gets ignored from ppl who I consider friends or acquaintances, I can see if ppl are busy but it's all the time, and when one of their close friends links something, they get back to it right away or when they come from afk and im like smfh...why do I bother, I never ignore these ppl when they post art of their own. 1-2 ppl do comment on it and I appreciate those, they're not even artists.
Well, in general when I didn't draw the mainstream things, ppl didn't care about my posted works much. Everyone draws Yaoi, Yuri, Furry porn, bestiality etc and these are sometimes the ppl im usually around, it's happened on discord too. Everyone praises and worships the ppl who draws the most disturbing shit and give them all the love and compliments.
