This is Lotre Madde, she's from a little side story I used to run about demension-hopping magical gypsies. Lotre Madde is a white lynx-wildcatcat mixbreed who was cursed by Malah, the God of Foxes to have the Lotre, a jug of water, sealed to her tail.
