Hell yeah,my first anthro Lugia XD
The outfit was awesome and i think it fits like a glove^^

Nathan Harris model:the model is from Metroid Prime,i think.I convert it to MMD from xnalara.I found it from FallingAlyx(DA) credit him for editing(in XNAlara).I used a Lugia head from DA(Deimos1984rd) and voila!
