Mmm, I dunno. I was trying to create a kind of character that exudes hate-worthy qualities here, from the preppy sweater vest and tie look to a sort of arrogant atmosphere that hides a kind of ax crazy persona. His one-eye-open expression is me thinking of some of the more psycho-killer sorts of characters from the Kinoko Nasuverse that I know of--namely Nanaya and Nero Chaos, who both get that expression in various appearances.

I should have gone crazier with the slasher smile. Also, I forgot the tail. :p

He doesn't have a name yet, if I decide to make him into a full fledged character and run him through a PCA submission process.
