This was just the basic sketch I did for the outfits in this pic, just to figure out what they were wearing! The right sleeve on the doublet is different to show the "under" layer more clearly, and because I was experimenting with different sleeve styles 'v'

I definitely like getting real heavy into outfit details!

I imagine that Rosamund would probably not actually like this dress because of how low cut it is, but she would certainly like the color and the pearls embroidered onto it! She does love being fancy, but she's probably a bit too modest to be showing that much skin... It's still probably the finest dress she owns, and she most certainly wouldn't turn down the gift from her new husband! Though perhaps she'd prefer to wear it overtop of something next time... Or something with more purple in it!

This is a pretty standard outfit for Percival: one can surmise that his tailor is very familiar with his measurements and tastes! Of course, not even a formal occasion is an excuse for him to let his guard down, and he insists on wearing boiled leather (probably druddigon hide or similar) pauldrons "just in case." Not to mention, he's probably wearing a light chainmail vest or a jack of plate underneath the fancy exterior... Good thing he probably could use the insulation too, in the winter months! I guess it's at least fortunate that his tailor and armorer coordinate often to make sure his outfits are at both the peak of style and protection...
