Oh Look! an Otter in My Water!

This is Oswald! as you can see hes an Otter! He wears mostly wears Goggles as because he swims alot! but he'd also need glasses so...They're now Goggle Glasses!, He also wears a little Scalop on his Neck like a Certain Otter from another Game (COUGH COUGH PASCAL). I really Like his design and I cant wait to draw more of him!
