Naki pants after the last series of dumbells. He went to the gym soon in the morning to make time before alvila alpaca open, so the gym was almost empty.

Without more word bonner begin to kit the sanbags. the doberman was using capoeria, naki only saw that style in video and dance but never in a real demostration.
The hits in the sandbag was really hard, and bonner show some movement that he never saw in the videos, demonstrating that capoeria can be a dangerous style in a real fight. The wolf was impressing
