This character is a spidermorph deity, so she's got six arms, but she's also what's called an object head, which is just a kind of character (of any species, but usually supernatural, I believe) where their head is an ordinary object. You usually see it more with characters that have tvs for heads, but her head happens to be a ball of yarn with knitting needles stuck into it, to represent how she's a tailor and also a hint of her being a spider (weaving yarn and all that).
