Very much so. Even if one were to discount the thousands of people she’s murdered because of a ruse that was childishly easy to discern, there is also not one, but two times where she almost killed a close friend over a simple misunderstanding. The first when Richard was trying to explain the sacrifice situation to her, and the second when Lucca tried to ask for her help. The pure irony being that she actually managed to kill Richard out of nothing more than her own stupidity and bloodlust. Here, we see those exact same qualities pitted against /yet another/ innocent that she is inches away from killing simply because she’s too stupid to comprehend the consequences of her own actions and too bloodthirsty to think up a solution that involves something other than murder.
While she does not actually fit into the classical “Neutral evil” as per a DnD ruleset, the neutral applies to whether she is lawful or chaotic, not some form of ‘half evil’. Note that she is very clearly TRYING to do good, and at least attempts to feel guilt over her past wrongs. She fails spectacularly, seeing as the weight of so much blood on her hands doesn’t seem to faze her much, and the aforementioned lack of intellect leads to some very wrong conclusions. Heh, and she’s INCREADIBLY easy to anger, so that doesn’t help matters.
