Lets get to making my "Famous" Half Raw, Half Cooked Chocolate Chip Cookies that people ask for by name!!!!
Recipe:
2 Sticks Of Butter
1 1/4ths Cups Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Sugar
3 Large Eggs
3 3/4ths Cups Flour
2 Tbs Cornstarch
1 Tsp Salt
3/4ths Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
1 1/2 Cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Combine the butter, sugar, and brown sugar.
Mix well.
Add the 3 eggs. Mix Well.
Add the flour, cornstarch, salt, baking powder, and baking soda and mix VERY well.
Once thats done, add your chocolate chips. And mix well.
Preheat Oven to 375 degrees F.
Put your cookie mix in a medium cupcake pan and fill all of the cupcake spots with cookie dough.
Put in the oven and cook for 15 minutes.
THIS IS IMPORTANT, PLEASE WHEN YOU TAKE THE COOKIES OUT LET THEM SIT AND COOL.
The cupcake pan will continue to cook the cookie even when its been taken out of the oven and you WANT that cooking process to continue as it helps the cookie stay together.
Once you wait the 15-20 mins you may eat at your leisure!
