The custom characters means that i'll be in constant contact with you for trying to make that character you're thinking of with looking lots of different images of animals and creatures for havinig inspirtions for your character, trying a lot of different colors for looking how it matches... Just like how character concept art usually works :) Also , when i finish the character i'll give you a free icon.
