Only problems I see are with that eye, and the mouth. The rest of it is actually pretty good... The shading on the bangs is PERFECT... Nice and shiny.

The overall proportions are good; Head could be slightly smaller, but it fits on just fine, and it could just be me. The shapes of the body and head are perfect...

Just needs some tweaking of the facial expression, and you're set for a great piece of work! And besides, loads better than the last time I tried to draw something...
