Vincent is very old fashioned. He looks up to Esteban and wants to follow in his footsteps. As much as he likes Esteban, he dislikes Odd. He loves to sing and show off. He also loves to dance and using his charisma, will pull anyone out of the dance floor with him. He lives for all eras of music, but tends to stick closely with the styles that Esteban produces. He is usually found either on dance floors, stages, or art museums. He has a passion for paintings and has tried to make a few himself, but isn't very good.

If you want to adopt one of my Panic! Characters, please keep these rules in mind.

-All the characters have male bodies. Any pronouns can be used on them, but they all have male bodies. This CANNOT be changed.
-The name can be changed if you can think of a better one.
-The outfits/designs must stay the way they are. I spent hours listening to each album to come up with perfect outfits/designs, so I would appreciate it if they would not change.
-In addition to this, I would prefer you keep their character traits and back stories.
-I will draw these characters after they are adopted. A lot. So do not be surprised if you get a lot of fanart from me!
-You may design more casual outfits for them, but the ones they come with should be their main outfit.
-If I get permission from all the new owners, I will sell prints of the poster.
