This is the convention badge I made up for my fursuit character "Jak Arktik" to be worn at Megaplex (Florida furry convention).

Here's Jack's character description:
Jak is a zoologist and explorer. He travels the world in search of new species, helping the people learn more about Earth’s native creatures. Jak is a proud supporter of "World Wildlife Fund", and any endeavor to preserve our planet's ecosystem.
He's a fun-loving puppy at heart which often shows, never being one to turn down a hug, pat, or scratch. Although Jak's highly educated and working toward his Doctorate, his feral canid traits can sometimes get the best of him (fetching, sniffing, etc.). Although Jak would never lift a paw to hurt a living creature, he is an omnivore and respects the food chain.
Jak is most at home in cold weather, but will travel anywhere necessary to aid his cause. He’s a bachelor, currently not looking, but hoping to someday find that special girl who shares his passion for the world.
