Happiness Is A Smile Away
Scruff (or Rovello in its original Catalan) is one of those shitty foreign animated series I used to watch a lot as a kid. Someone put the first 15 episodes up on YouTube recently, so I got a little nostalgic over it. I watched everything that had dogs in it as a child, so even though this show had awful dubbing, limited animation, and characters that were dumb as rocks, I loved it. It's still very much my favorite guilty pleasure and I wish there was more fanart of it.
