This is a gift I drew for a friend of mine named Mimi, and her boyfriend Shade. Essentially, Mimi is very sick, suffering from Chostochondritis, or in english, an inflammation of the cartilage in the ribs. Meaning she's in pain every day, and has been for 6 months.

She went to go see the doctor recently and in their attempt to help her gave her one of the worst days of her having this disease. So in her depressed state (in which she was wondering why this was all worth it), I drew this for her.

The meaning of the picture is what is important, and not the anatomy or anything. I think its safe to say that this REALLY brightening up her day, and I'm glad it did.
