
Thanks to a prompt, I figured I would post my two favorite skull pictures I've done. It's been a heck of a long time since I last did any real life studies... I'll have to fix that.
This was done at my local museum, when I found a grizzly skull in a corner area. One of the lower big teeth were broken, but I filled it in based off the other teeth. The description said that the skull was found on the side of a highway, which explains why the tooth was broken, but otherwise it was in great shape and a treat to draw. Except the glass container put it at the most awkward angle to draw it from easily, so I'm doubly proud of how I got these angles given how i had to rearrange myself... haha.
