Okay, so! This is a character I use in rp's with my friend  poke5869, of my character Namiko. I will provide a brief backstory for her here:

Namiko is a young Riolu that is cared for and watched over by my Aurora Glaceon character, Rose. She is a timid creature, but is sweet as can be. She was separated from her parents not too long ago when a Buzzwole happened to appear. Her parents were very protective of their daughter, but their combined strength wasn't enough to put a stop to Buzzwole. Namiko fearfully watched her parents battle, and became scared when witnessing her father be defeated before turning his attention to her mother. Namiko fled, both scared and saddened by her parent's defeat, not knowing if they had survived or not.

She was soon picked up by Lorainne, an Arcanine who took care of young Pokemon at a nursery in Fairly Town, a town not far from where the fighting took place. Frightful and scared, Namiko was very withdrawn for quite some time at the nursery, and without her parents being found, Lorainne took careful watch over the little Riolu. She held tightly onto a Teddiursa plush, only simply called "Mr. Bear" by Lorainne, and was very skittish about playing with the other children.

One day, Danny the Shiny Eevee (belonging to  poke5869) was brought to play at the nursery, and was soon introduced to Namiko by Lorainne. She was scared at first, but gradually the two began to warm up to one another. Her parents, she claimed, were "eated by Mr. Badswald." Despite her inaccuracy with her story, the young Riolu only stated the best she knew to her ability. She and Danny became sweethearts not long after their meeting. n.n

The diaper she wears is actually a form of diaper transformation. If you're unfamiliar with the concept, it's basically when someone turns into a diaper n.n Her diaper is of Ginger the Rockruff, a young spirited Rockruff who was brought to the nursery by Rose when she and Danny were out adventuring. Ginger creates a "pact" with Namiko, vowing to protect her from any sort of danger, and to be her loyal companion through achievements and hardships; good times and bad. The transformation needn't be permanent, as long as both individuals feel the same way regarding separation, the pact will come undone, and the Pokemon will shift back into their original form. Namiko explained that it was an art her parents once told her, of Pokemon warriors who once shape-shifted into objects, such as staffs or clubs, to become living weapons or accessories for their companions. The art has a trick to it: The individual feels no pain, and enters a semi-comatose state. From here, they can hear their companion talking, and have (somewhat) of a conscious to make decisions.

As for becoming a dirty diaper... No worries. The diapers, being actual individuals themselves, are to be washed when soiled. (There's more regarding this topic, but it's not completely thought out yet.) In this way, Ginger can continuously remain with Namiko, to guard her and protect her from harm.

in brief, Namiko is a very soft-spoken and gentle individual. She tends to hold Pokemon's paws, and communicates her feelings through her aura pads on her paws. She may be shy, but her heart is very sincere and loving. Following her rescue, she wants to enjoy peaceful times and happy days with those around her, and to comfort those around her who are in need of a hug.

As for her parents, this part of the story is yet to be thought out. n.n Her parents are not deceased, and are very extremely likely searching for their daughter. But, will this impact Namiko and Danny? Will Namiko no longer be able to stay with Rose, Danny, and Erica? This part is yet to be determined, but I'm sure we know the answer.
