After training for 3 years and eating only bananas...Donkey Kong went bald. But gained extraordinary power and bought pants. Now he can defeat any enemy with a single punch. He is a hero for fun...and bananas.

After being mortally injured and then repaired by Chozo scientists...Samus became a powerful cyborg. With the awesome power of her giant shoulders now permanently grafted onto her body, she has become stronger than ever. But then she met Donkey Kong, and decided that he should train her to become even stronger.

After a fateful meeting, the two have become partners in the fight against evil. They are true heroes. This is the story...of One Punch Kong.

After watching the show, I made this little sketch. I'm hoping that by posting a WIP here and seeing a response, I'll actually get around to finishing it at some point. (And yes, I'm repeating the starting structure of these paragraphs on purpose.) I'm thinking...a heavy comic book ink style. Probably in a similar vein to the original image.
