Wanted to doodle another boss, because oh man there are more of them than Ribette! Beat was designed to be a DJ and sound system but despite his size and designation he ended up developing a quiet and reserved personality. Afraid of being reprogrammed and having a new personality forced upon him he joined the other robots revolting.

Beating him gets you the sound barrier, a shield that reflects enemy projectiles and can stun enemies when used up close. It can also shatter glass panels to open secret paths. If you kill him you get a stronger version which can damage enemies.
