this takes place in the final chapter of the rebooted version of ginga ocean james, in which james, sara, jim, alice, mora, mozart, hazuki, uzuki, great, jaguar and hakuro return to japan after facing stocke and his corporation.

*sara and james looked out at the sunset from the cruise ship*
Sara:James, was it okay for you to say goodbye to smoke? you have gotten close to him during the journey to fight sniper.
James:it was terrible for me to say goodbye to him, but my heart belongs to you sara. i made that promise to you at the island. besides he has his mother and Suruki to look after him. i think him and smoke might get on well.
sara:hmm..james....i have something to tell you...
james:hmm? what is it sara?
sara:james....i'm pregnant.
james: !!! EH?!?! you're...you....you're pregnant?!
sara: i wanted to tell you in new york, but i was worried you might be worried about me too much.
james:sara...i'm so happy for us both. *james hugs sara* i wonder what my parents and my sisters's reactions will be.
*later on*
jim: WHAT?!?! SARA IS PREGNANT!!!! AT THIS AGE?! alice: calm down jim. you're acting like your father when i was pregnant with mozart and mora.
uzuki: you're so lucky james. we're gonna be great-uncles, right hazuki?. hazuki: yeah! and we can help raise the baby if you like james. we can take turns feeding him, and washing him, we can even show him how to play the guitar, or ride the skateboard!
james:what if it's a girl?
jaguar:well, if it's a girl, we can have little tea parties with her, dress up like ladies with her and show her how to do gardening, right?
*hazuki and uzuki both sweatdrop like in anime* both hazuki and uzuki:ulp... *great laughs*
mozart: we're proud of you james, all the way. and to think we'll be aunts too.
