The purple-furred Dracowolf looked up at his grey Wolf friend, trying to hold back the wetness at the edges of his eyes. For Zander, it was a sad day as Farley had to be deployed to the Airforce. Zander opened his mouth, the sounds of sadness being choked back. "Do you really have to go?" followed by a sad whimper from the Dracowolf. The Wolf looked down at Zander as he went to embrace the close friend. "Yes, I do Zander. Don't worry though, I will be back." A grey paw rubbed the top of Zander's head, ressuringly as the hug got tighter around the smaller Dracowolf. "I promise." Finally, a smile crept across Zander's face. A sad smile though, burdened with the weight of his friend leaving. "I'll be seeing you Wuffle. Please, stay safe. Love you..." Reaching on top of his head with one paw to undo the goggle on the Dracowolf's head, he held them up for the Wuffle to take. "To remember me by..." Unable to hold back now, the little Dracowolf buried his head into the chest fur of the Grey Wolf. Tears rolling down Zander's face as they stained Farley's white fur and the purple snout of the Dracowolf. Farley reached out and took the goggles, putting them in his bag. Tightening the embrace one last time around the close friends before the Wolf let go and went off to catch the plane.

One of my very close friends was is in the airforce and was deployed. we got this before he had to go. I haven't heard from him since and I miss him quite a lot. but I know he will be back . Notice I'm not wearing my goggles in this. That's because I gave them to him.
