Didn't see the green one (until you mentioned it). The way they are interlocked reminds me of M.C. Escher's prints with lizards: https://www.wikiart.org/en/m-c-escher/lizard-1 (and others)
Well, I'm glad I was able to place their origin.
And objects like that that can fit within each other over and over are pretty neat.
