Commissioner story notes:

To beat the scenario, you must kill 4 bosses on 4 different dragon shrines, as well as complete certain objectives in 4 different time portals in the tower you start at... all within 15 minutes. Each enemy has a chance to drop an item called Sands of time, which is a guarantee from treasure chests, specific elite enemies, and all boss enemies like the 4 dragon shrine bosses. Each SoT give you the option to pick between 2 random buffs, these buffs are pure money, event currency, reputation bonus, a buff to that reputation gain (which in this case was completely useless as I had maxed THAT out on day 1), and the three most important ones; 10-30 extra seconds on the timer, a bronze drake that clears a dragon shrine for you, and a powerful item that lets you skip directly to the final objective in the time portals.

I started out killing the magnataurs as I said before, with the aim to get at least 2 bronze drakes, since I felt I wouldn't have time to clear the portals as well as the shrines without those skips. After clearing the emerald and azure shrines, I had been lucky enough to obtain two bronze drakes off the bat. However, I had also gotten my hands on one of the powerful items. The fire elemental one to be exact, which was impossible to rush without that. I felt at this point that I would have a chance.
