XD it's too bad it doesn't have a better ending. I won't spoil it for you though. :P
And since I've played the Dark Souls series I've been on a hunt to find something just as challenging with close to the same charm. I tried necropolis, which was fun for the short time I played it (Its super short. 9 levels total), but way too short. Personally I don't think I'll ever find anything to scratch that dark souls itch, but the series in general has made me a bit of a masochist when it comes to game difficulty, and it shows in the other games I play, like in FFXIV when I heal. While most groan at having to heal certain instances I relish the challenge. XD

huSHHH DON'T SPOIL A THING...
I'm not sure if you'd like to hear this, but the only way I was relatively able to play dark souls was a mod for infinite health xD And yet, I was still unable to proceed after a certain point. I'm quite proud for trying, though XD THE THING IS mostly I have limited time for commiting into such time consuming things as defeating one skeleton 50x times to get past through it, just to die from hands of another skeleton. BUT I'M SO INTRIGUED BY THE LORE I just *clenches fist* had to try. . . no matter the cost. . . maybe some other day, though xD
I'm mostly consuming whatever seems really interesting lore/art/technique/gameplay wise. Ok, it's super vague, but things that work rather well as a whole. Games are such a beautiful medium to explore and there's so many possibilities to express through it and AHH i want to put vidya games in frickin museUMS. And, yes, sometimes I do like a good challenge, because it's the part of the experience that creates that piece, but then..... I'm never going past through these goddamn invincible skeletons again

there were supposed to be a lot more colossus, you can find the areas they were supposed to be exploring the world, it's huge and worth it not to finish the game right away to really enjoy it to its fullest. It really is completely captivating. The story, the art, the music. I just love that shit. Also giant moving living puzzles was just my jam
