Creation of the Vikapa:[/u]

Once in a while, something special happens in nature. Something so special, Nature itself decides to let the moment live on forever. From these moments, the Vikapa are created.

Vikapa are creatures which have a very strong connection to nature. Particularly the element of the nature event they
were created from. When two elements work together without counteracting eachother, a two-elemental Vikapa can be created. These aren't uncommon.

They eat mostly berries, fruits and some Vikapa may eat ill or hurt animals to safe them from the pain. They have tiny fangs to break fruit skin and tear meat when necessary. They have a forked tongue.

Their body isn't very big, ranging from 80 - 120 cm in hight. (2,7 - 3,1ft.) Their sclera show signs of the element(s), and only snow-related Vikapa's have a chance of white sclera's. Their eyebrows are cicles/ovals. The shape of their heads are close to that of a gerbil, giving them a bigger, round snout that runs into a point in the front of their face.

The shape of their ears can best be described as long, and they curl slightly up and back. Some Vikapa are seen with longer ears than others. Fur length can also vary.
At the back base of their ears, there is a bunch of feathers, ranging from two single feathers to a whole blanket of them going down to their neck fluff. These feathers raise when they experience strong emotions and sometimes indicated their age.

All Vikapa have long fur around their necks, varying from the short fur shown above, to a long blanket that reaches their belly.
Some Vikapa have horns, which are shaped to their element. These horns are mostly seen on male Vikapa, but females can also grow them. Females can have a more female anatomy, but neither male or female has nipples.

Vikapa have thick fur and/or feathers covering their upper legs. Almost shaped like poofy pants. Underneath these poofy
pants there are no sexual organs, as they can only be created by the Nature element.

As nature does not have a preference for hunter or prey, Vikapa can be created with hooves and paws in any particular combination. This sometimes makes them a bit clumsy, as they lack stability.

The tail of the Vikapi is their sacret temple. The hairs on their tales grow longer as they get older, sometimes dragging along branches, leaves, bones, stones, mud and other things found in their habitat.
At the tip of their tail grows a membrane, varying in shape, with an elemental treasure inside. This treasure depicts the Element(s) that participated in their creation and is mostly refered to as their 'Sankta', or; Holydom.
The membrane is one of the strongest materials known, but can be broken by the Vikapa it is linked to by, it, eating the membrane.
This means the Vikapa dies, and the event that created them might happen again at the place they die, sometimes
creating a new Vikapa with the same elemental treasure, but different personality and/or design.

Some Vikapa are born with animals close by. When an animal connects with a Vikapa, they create a spiritual bond.
These animals live with the Vikapa and are granted as long as a life as the Vikapa lives. When small enough, these
animals tend to live on the Vikapa.
