Looks like a watermelon Jolly Rancher. Old Japanese frame? 27" I'm assuming? Should make a fine fixie if it's not bent or the paintjob wasn't just to hide the fact that there was only rust left underneath.
Dig the BB holding it up, looks like a UN-54. Plastic non-drive collar fail. Don't pay for that if it comes with it. XD

Could be a 53, or 52, not a 72 though, they have two cups :P
UN-7*s are dirt cheap, I never understood why people didn't pay the extra 5 to 10 bucks for an ultegra class upgrade.
I have not seen it in person quite yet. I will see if it is worth it when I can get a real look at it.
