He is normally human, but the special watch on his arm allows him to change forms depending on the mood and situation. This is definitely his favorite form, not only for swimming.

That was me fooling around with different drawing techniques. With this one I didn't use ink outlines and put the overlapping body parts on different layers so they could be individually shaded.
