Here is part 3. The hippo one. We need more hippo tfs.

This is Simon again with a new update. As you know I have been trying to track a mysterious figure known as the Hooded Man and his Benefactor. He has already transformed two people into animals. I finally found him again only a few hours ago.
Here is what happened. I had to run some errands for my mom. I was sitting in the parking lot of Big Mart when I saw something. There was this random kid walking down the slope to a large pool of water. You know how some places there are these run offs to collect rain water and they sit there like miniature ponds. Well this kid, probably 13 so not a kid but I’m going to call him Kid for the purpose of this story. Well, this kid was walking down that slope. At first I did not think much of it until I see a white van pull up near the kid. I recognized it from before as the same van the Hooded Man drove. Sure enough the man got out and shot the kid in broad daylight. I was close enough to see what was going on from my car. But still I ducked down and got out my phone. This time I was prepared. I turned on the video and started recording.
The kid buckled down on the grass and began groaning. His skin turned a dark gray where he was shot with the dart. The gray color began to spread as his skin turned to a smooth almost shiny coat. The poor kid swells up about ten times his original size. His clothes burst into rags as he grows bigger and bigger. His head enlarges as it stretches outward and completely reforms into an entirely new shape. His nose turns into two holes on the edge of his face. All his hair falls out at once. His ears move to the top of his head and his eyes stretch farther apart from one another. While this is all happening, his feet and hands all swell up. Each finger and toe grows into extra-large stumps as his thumps shrink into his body. They’re gone. Kid opens his mouth. I mean he opens it up and it is huge. I think it grew even bigger. Anyway, his teeth are enormous with some of them extra-long but not really sharp. At that point, a small tail erupts from behind him.
He stands there on all fours staring blankly into space. Both the Hooded Man and I are watching him. After about a minute, the kid slowly walks down the slope and out of sight. I hear a large splash and know he went into the water. The Hooded Man hops back into the van and drives away. I turn my phone off knowing I got what I needed. I was about to drive off when I thought about something. So, I get out of my car and walk to the slope. I pull out my phone again and take several pictures of the hippo just floating in the water. You can barely see much but he is obviously there.
Now, I know I should take this video to the police or something but I cannot do that. If the police get involved I don’t know what will happen to the three poor people that the Hooded Man captured. So instead I got another idea. Besides these updates I plan to unveil my knowledge of the Hooded Man to the world when the time is right. Because I have to be the one who saves those people/animals. There must be a reason I keep seeing them changed.
