Commission work.
The idea was a mystery of an unknown language from an ancient book, and what better way to solve the mystery of it then to find the ink that was used to write the book and the place where it's hidden. Based on the character I've placed the location of it in the ruins floating in the clouds. The blue magic seen around was used to bind the stone and make it able to fly.
