I thought I just saw him at Anthrocon 2017, but I checked the picture, and who I actually saw was his doppelgänger.

The fursuit is almost identical, but the one I saw had blue eyes, white and blue ears, and blue neck fluff, while this one has green eyes, white neck fluff, and black and white ears.
