KurtBatz Inspired me to do this little bit.


Also, he helped a lot with the mixing and recording...and after tossing MP3's back and forth for nearly an hour to get advice, this was the result <3.


I'd nearly forgotten about Damien Rice until Kurt popped up with a cover out of nowhere. This is a song that went straight to my heart the first time I heard it, and when Kurt brought it back to the surface, I just had to go learn it.


I'm...actually pretty happy with this recording. *Smiles* Even though I had to stand 6 feet away to avoid overloading my mic to sing the 2nd chorus xD. It's also kinda rough, since I left in a lot of the errors, because it's a straight vocal recording. I don't like trimming =P. Took a few takes though.
