Concepts for a random character idea I was playing with one night.
When I first started doodling this, I kinda got a 'solar glider' feel from him at first, which was completely unintentional.

But...yeah, kind of a random idea that I was just playing with, dunno if I will develop this further or not.
All I really thought of so far is that he may be part of a group known as 'The Muzzles' or 'The Masks' or something.
