I think today should be declared Official Cataroose Day.. because I'm pretty sure I spent all of today working on this cataroose! ;)

This wonderful taxidermy mishap (cat+kangaroo+moose) belongs to the ever-so-lovely twinklestsah, and was my long overdue half of our trade. I knew I had to do this piece in a traditional medium and that's honestly why it took so long! (Something about the cataroose "spoke" to me that said she needed to be cut-out style *nods*). Thank you for being so patient, Cally!! :)

Ps. I tried adding on her characteristic head fluff, but.. well.. I don't think it turned out right and I couldn't help but think she looked kinda like a kitty Hitler-- a Kitler, if you will. (I think the nose may have simulated a tiny mustache and added to the effect xD). To see what I'm talkin' aboot, see here. :p
