I chose AoStH Robotnik because his vocie actor, the late Long John Baldry, sang this sad song "Let the Heartaches Begin", (demo here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i7m76qdMZfQ ) I felt like this song is THE perfect song for cooky-crooked cartoon criminal could croon once their revered voice actors are no longer remain with us...
Not to mention since both King Koopa and Robotnik are from the infamous DiC cartoons... and I double dipped on Jun Foray's characters because... its June FOray, she was around for about 100 years and played many classic characters from my childhood, so she deserves more than just 1 spot!
