He was gifted to me, and was a second hand adopt.

I've searching far and wide to find the Creator of him but here's the odd part, so Tulii was gifted to me, he was $1 adopt from someone who was reselling him and they can't remember who made him, but there is a name on the right side of his original piece but when I search that name I keep hitting dead ends and dead accounts.
