Okay, So I made this last night, with the goal of recreating an OC for me to use, I wanted something fun, but not too difficult to do.
The horn, wings, and paw - pads glow. But she only has paw pads in feral form. (The blue outline is supposed to show the glow on her body from the horns and wings) She has neck fluff, and I didn't want to do too much hair so you can see the eye-brows but I wanted to show what the hair-color would be. So If drawn for me then any style of hair will do.

I'm not sure if this species exists or not anywhere else, or what it would be called, I just kind of had fun and put together what parts I liked to include.
