He is a living plushie deer that can turn others into toys by throwing capsules from his horns that he can levitate and the capsules comes from its spots and throws them at it's victims and captures him or her inside the capsule. The transformation begins on its victim begins when Koijo swallows the capsules and the spot that the capsule came from reappears but pure white which will be colored when the victim is a living toy and let's just say releases the victim like trainer releasing a Pokemon from its ball as a living toy as well
