(I DON'T KNOW HOW TO MAKE TRANSPARENT BACKGROUNDS WORK IN FA!! XD)

As the title says, is more like a 2nd or alternate Pokesona, because Seviper is my main one of course
just wanted as Kecleon so I can finally have arms and feet, unlike in Seviper, besides of using them in some RPs

It still unfinished, but is more like how is actually looking, that's all

I will add more info later :P


*Kecleon zigzag markings are unperfectly done because is drawn/painted, not naturally made
