A bunch of frat bros were partying hard before the semester started. A little too hard for one of their neighbors. Was it the Sorority? The old townie woman? or just a GDI (God Damned Independent)? Who ever it was they made some literal party animals out of them. I don't know if it'll make them quieter, though maybe for the future if it's temporary.
