This is my prettyboi Skylar. XD I still have no idea how old he is.
My first Pokemorph MUSH character! I would have never applied to that place if DJ hadn't urged me. One of my least developed of all my nearly 30 morphs in five different pokemorph settings/time periods. I've never rped him morphed before now. He was born on May 13th, 2007.

Profile: Skylar is a confident, debonair morph who enjoys charming others with his charismatic and suave attitude. Despite being claustrophobic, he's a thrill-seeker who will do just about anything to impress a pretty face and may thus be considered a flirt. His playful nature and good humor makes him easy to get along with for some, but also easily obnoxious for others. Though he doesn't know much about the human world, takes life as it comes and is pretty easy-going. No matter how bad things get, he likes to pick out the silver lining, no matter how slim that may be. His will to impress fuels his passion to train hard, though because of this may never realize his full potential as a battler. Despite his competitive spirit and joy in taking risks, he doesn't often think things through and can make rash desisions he bases on his boundless optimisim.
Name: Skylar
Species: Dragonair-Morph
Personality: Skylar is a debonair morph who enjoys charming others with his charismatic and suave attitude. He takes life as it comes and is pretty easy-going, being as optimistic as he is. However, that isn't to say this dragon-type is boring. As a daring thrill-seeker, he thrives on competition and loves exchanging witty banter with his opponents. He's got quite a sense of humor and will laugh at himself as willingly as he'd laugh at someone else. His strengths include the ability to train himself hard (if not for battle, then for the performance of his moves); high confidence (to the point of possible arrogance); abundant optimism, a breezy, carefree attitude. and loves playful good humor. As a competitive spirit, he's a daring, curious explorer and risk-taker. His weaknesses include having claustrophobia, being very naive about the human world, not realizing his full potential as a battler, being at times a little too optimistic, not thinking things through, and being a little too prideful. He likes to flirt, especially with serpentine girls, but it's not know whether he'd go for a guy.
Background: Skylar technically had always been a wild dragonair. He had never been captured in a pokeball. However, that wasn't to say he hadn't ever been tamed by a trainer.
A long while back, living as a lone dratini, a girl would come every day to a lake up high in the mountains with a beautiful waterfall. He had never seen a human before, being so young and so isolated. Curious, the playful pokemon came up to the girl and the two had lots of fun together.
She told him stories and he preformed tricks for her, though she seemed to have little interest in becoming a true pokemon trainer, and thought of his powerful attacks as nothing more than impressive entertainment. As a result, it never once occured to Skylar that his elegant stunts, each more spectacular than the last might be used as battle skills. Yet he continued to work hard to improve, if only to impress the child.
The girl brought him gifts such as poketreats and he brought her pretty little stones, shells, and even feathers and apples once he learned how to fly. By that time, Skylar had grown to be a dragonair, strong and proud, self-trained in a manner of speaking through his attempts to impress his friend.
To his delight, the pokemon discovered that the girl seemed to adore the sky and water as much as he did. They went on small adventures together up and down the mountain, and even once to the sea. He taught her how to swim and she loved it; and when she had mastered that, he even managed to get her to learn how to ride on his slim, serpantine body, so they could fly together as well.
When she was feeling down, he'd cheer her up with a small rainbow, or on a rainy day, he might have parted the heavy clouds that rained down on the mountain and allowed her a sunny afternoon instead. The two were wonderful friends, and had each others' complete trust.
One fateful day, however, the girl failed to come. Skylar was devestated. He had just mastered a new technique he had taught himself and had been eager to show the girl. But however long he waited, the girl did not return.
Days passed. Then weeks. the dragonair morph grew agitated. What had happened to her? He had searched in all the places they had ventured together. As long as he had known her, he didn't know of any home or family she could have gone to live with other than him and his mountain. Perhaps she was in danger.
Not too thrilled with the thought of having to attack some fellow pokemon, Skylar made up his mind to set out and find her. He had listened to the girl's explaination of pokemon trainers, and had decided the whole idea was stupid. What pokemon would enjoy travelling with any human in a ball? It was preposterous! Then again, Skylar wondered if he wasn't claustrophobic if it wouldn't have seemed so bad.
Still, if he had to face human trainers and their pokemon, so be it. He was tired of waiting helplessly within his own lonely mountain lake. He had developed into a daring, adventurous young pokemon, and opposed as he was to the concept of battling, Skylar was always up for a challenge. Besides - he couldn't just forget the girl without knowing what became of her.
As reluctant as he was to fight, Skylar found he was much better prepared than he had realized. With all his fancy loops, dives, and tricks, he discovered he could defeat other pokemon quite easily if they were too much of an obstacle to avoid. For the most part he learned to use the clouds as his cover as he travelled by day, and water when he travelled by night, but every now and then a trainer would come across him. He never fled without a fight, and beat each opponent, one after the other.
Eventually, Skylar grew weary in his travels. He was losing hope, which was devastating for a pokemon usually so optimistic. He couldn't go on all by himself, and he felt his strength weakening with every new challenger. Unlike the pokemon with trainers, he had no one to help him; no one to care for his injuries once the fights were over. Without full recovery at the Pokemon Centers, he soon became just as weak as any other wild pokemon, even with his spectacular preformance tricks. Having no one to preform for in so long, Skylar had no motivation to improve his skills, and so they quickly grew boring and dull, even to him.
At last, his hunt took the dragonair to the sea. The girl had always enjoyed the ocean waves and the tides coming in and out, as well as watching the other water pokemon play along the surf. If she were to be found anywhere, it would have been there. After all, she never had seemed to be too fond of large towns or cities. The sea was the perfect getaway from human life. Or so Skylar thought.
After more weeks of fruitless searching, Skylar finally came upon a promising sight - an island, sparsely populated with humans. There were funny white buildings, and ships that came in now and again, but nothing too extravagant. There was a very good chance the girl would have stayed at this island, assuming she had the means to get there. Skylar decided it was worth a try.
Having so little experience with humans, even after the few trainers he had battled along the course of his journey, the dragonair knew not how to be cautious. He was oblivious to the humans down below on that isle, nor their intentions. All he wanted to find was the girl he held so dear. Due to his ignorance and bold nature, the pokemon was soon discovered and captured by the members of Team Rocket. Skylar, ever the optimist, gave in without a fight, uncertain of what was going on, but pleased to know they had no pokeballs with which to trap him in.
Subsequent to his transformation, Skylar began to learn and adapt more quickly to the human world. He picked up the human language from his captors as well as a few of the more experienced morphs already familiar with it. Through their language, he found to his delight that he could communicate more easily, and he certainly made use of his new-found ability. So much, in fact, that the Rockets grew concerned about entrusting him with any valuable information.
Skylar certainly didn’t like to be kept locked up; his claustrophobia did not improve with his new body. However, he didn’t seem too keen on escaping either. With other morphs around and humans that could understand him, he didn’t see much of a reason to go back into the outside world. Though upon learning how to speak, he had, of course, asked everyone he could about the little girl he had come to the island to search for. Somewhere along the way he must have learned what had become of her, however, because eventually stopped asking and returned to his carefree lifestyle.
With a human upper torso, flying became somewhat difficult for the dragonair-morph. At first he was awkward and clumsy in the air and feared he would never fly again. Eventually, however, he learned how to adapt and manage using movements similar to the ones he had used with his serpentine body and used for swimming. Gradually he recovered his former grace and elegance in the air, though with a different body structure, he could only remain aloft for shorter periods at a time without having to rest or slither like a snake with the remainder of his serpentine lower half.
Should he have found a mirror or some reflective surface, the long-haired morph was never in too big of a hurry to stop and admire himself. He enjoyed his new appearance and took great pride in caring for his long, silky white hair. Unfortunately, with his new vanity, Skylar seemed to acquire a broader range of opportunities. While as a pokemon the dragon-type was, for the most part, only interested in females, his preferences seemed to extend toward the male gender as well once he had become partially human. The bisexual morph now enjoys flirting with both guys and girls.
Description: Skylar developed into a pokemorph without legs, and yet retain his tail just like a naga or merperson. His hair is long and white and flows behind him tied in elaborate ways while his bangs hang in front of his horn. His large, dark eyes are mahogany and the orbs at his neck and tail are sapphire blue. His chest is white and he doesn't mind going without clothes. The wings on the sides of his head can stretch out like any other dragonair and with them he can fly. He's rather fond of his appearance and often likes to look at himself in mirrors or large bodies of water.

Arms? You mean legs? O.O Actually, truth is since he's for Pokemorph MUSH, he was born as a pokemon and later experimented on with human DNA. Since Pavi is likely generations ahead of his time, there are probably some mutations she's developed to help her adapt.
Sky: *smiles at her sweetly* Easy, darling. I fly. And it's a lot more graceful in the air, I'll tell you.
