I came down with a case of sniffles today but reading about Frazzles getting a case of the hives made me want to do a little gift art of his character to help him feel better. Nu one should get hives over 80% of their body.
I know he fancys Stitch quite a bit, so you can guess what sort of outfit he is wearing.
