Nomax & Caraid Collaboration Auction
We are hereby auctioning off a full color collaboration! This collaboration will be done by passing the work file back and forth between us, so it will truly be a mix of both of our styles and skills blended together in the same fashion as the mammoth piece we did before. The result will be a fully colored rendition of your character with a background. Please note that the piece will need to be SFW!
Auction rules
• Starting bid: 300 USD
• Minimum increment: 10 USD
• Auction ends: Sunday, August 6thth at 10PM CEST (countdown)
• Payments through PayPal only.
• We will require half of the payment to be sent to Nomax within 48 hours of the auction ending. The other half will be received by Caraid upon completion of the piece.
• No snipes! Any bids made close to the deadline will have a 10 minute grace period wherein others may still respond to that bid.
How it works
The winner of this auction will be contacted by Nomax and asked to send over their reference(s), the idea(s) they might have for the piece and their PayPal information so that we may send an invoice. Upon receiving the first half of the payment, we will commence with the work.
We will first create several sketches for you to choose from or give feedback on, after which we will continue with your preferred sketch by passing the piece back and forth between us, each building on and refining the work of the other until we are both satisfied with the result. The final piece will be sent over for your review, and upon your approval Caraid will send over the invoice for the second half of the payment. Once received, you will be sent the full resolution version of the image for your private use, as well as a smaller, signed version for reposting. We will then publish the piece in our own galleries as well.
We aim to complete the piece within two months at maximum.

Hey, we discussed it for a while and think that it's just too murky of line to draw as what constitutes as a second character and what doesn't , and when allowing for a crowd, why isn't another thing allowed etc. It just gets really tough to draw lines that are fair for everyone . So it's 1 character with no other characters included, meaning none in the background either even if indistinct. Prop-like creatures can be asked for and we will try our best to accomodate these requests but we cannot guarantee it. So, for example the birds on the Mammoth character of the first collab picture are OK, but if your character is a lion tamer with his companion at his side then that's crossing the line.
