Here's a quick reff for Carlos's anthro version.

Human name: Carlos Jay White (previously Carlos Jay Santero)
Birthday: 9/7/1396
Species: Dragon/demon hybrid. but refers to himself as a demon to keep it simple.
Race: Lavarian (dragon people) and Santeran (demon) mix.
Home land: Darsha (World equivalent to England)
Height: 8ft'3
Hair: Naturally black, length reaches below his belt.
Diet: Omnivore, mostly carnivore, blood is compulsory.
Sexuality: Heterosexual.
Status: single, not open to relationship but very much open to sex.
Smoker?: no
Drinker?: yes, but not addicted.
Favourite food: KFC! no competition! also fairies.
Good guy or bad guy?: Neither, he does what best suits him. he can be a prick or he can be good.
Personality: A lot of his personality depends on who he's with at the time and how he feels about them.
Towards people he has no negative feelings towards or friendly with he can be quite polite (CAN be XD isn't usually), fun loving, has pretty good self control (won't just eat someone because he's a predator!), likes a laugh just as much as the next person does, protective towards people who have made a good impression on him, happy to do favors for friends assuming they're not asking too much, pretty passive, respectful, trust worthy.
Towards people he's not sure about or just plain doesn't like he's pretty short fused, aggressive, rude, cocky, up front, argumentative.
