So... Here's the thing: when you can gestate ANYTHING, and then volunteer to surrogate, sometimes you end up with the 'challenging' pregnancies. You should always ask about the sperm donor... Otherwise you can end up with more than you bargained for. Nearly two years is a daunting gestation period, but when you're perpetually pregnant like me, well, you get used to it. I rarely spend more than a week at a time without something going on in my womb, but when the baby is so darn big... Well, not only is it a lot of work, but it's worrisome. I've never had any serious complications, my womb is a nearly perfect gestational environment, but I can't help but worry that the"little" guy is too cramped, or that he's not getting enough nutrition in there. He must be fine, though... He sure wiggles a lot. Trunks feel so lovely as they poke about your belly.
