Hahah I'm sure he does....been tied up way to many times...come to think of it a pocket knife hidden in the back of my jeans would be a pretty good idea.....would use my claws although getting tied up with my wrists crossing over one another would be rather difficult for my claw to reach the ropes tied around my wrists.....but yes hehe^^ always got an escape plan up my sleeves in these types of situations I happen to get myself into quite often in the old West
I like this version of Rick very much, especially the vivid and striking eyes with the shine of light reflexion on the pupils and the bright green color.
The ropework is looking very heavy on your character, big partner, this time and I hope that the situation not dangerous of some sort.

Thank ya much partner..and yes the artist did a very nice job with this pic. I was highly impresses with the image of Rick and even with the early sketch work I thought was very pleasurable to look at and very appealing. Yep yep Rick is now all tied up and "in ropes".......oh and yes he did a great job with the lighting and shading really bringing out the green in my eyes.
Oh and hehe...yes one of the ref. i suggested was an old episode of Moo Mesa where the bull cowboys are tied up on horseback with rope around their torsos. Wanted to see that with Rick in his style of drawing....and it turned out perfectly in my opinion.
I'm sure Rick here just lost a bet to one of his poker buddies and now is just sulking in his defeat as he sits in bondage with a gag in his mouth. Or......waiting patiently for a certain gal to walk back in the bedroom^^

Yeah haha I can see that in his eyes and facial expression. Looking at his captors like... "you don't scare me..you scumbags, think I'm bothered being tied up with all this rope...well...this ain't my first rodeo" meaning that Rick has been tied up and gagged on multiple occasions that he's gotten pretty comfortable in his bound predicament..

I believe this is the right way but then again....I'm not really sure....My memory might be a little hazy...plus i was sorta tied up and gagged on this trail at one time...siting on my horse here...I swear sometimes my paws spend most of the time behind my back rather than the front of me.....I guess thats just my luck....*looks at you and tilt my head* What about you partner.....ever been tied up before?

As a young un.... my brother was a jerk, thought it funny to tie up little brother. And leave me in the shed or barn loft or in our room at least until ma found me, then he was sorry! LOL LOL

Next to the hot spring was a waterfall coming from up top a small mountain and flowing into the spring bellow. I look over at you with a smile, wagging my tail and adjusting myself slightly in my saddle...
"Say buddy...would you like to rest up here for tonight....this seems like a good spot to set up came...been meaning to feel this canteen of mine" I said with a soft voice pulling out my empty canteen, turning it over showing you that I'm in fact all out of drinking water...."Up to you tiger...wanna dismount from our horses to set up camp?"

Yeah...... I'm from a good family, Ma kept us kids busy with chores n school. Pa always had projects for us to do, keeping the property and critters taken care of. after a while, I got what you were trying to do and with some grunting and muffled whimpers, I shuffled up to and sat on the bench.
I shuffled round so we were sat together back to back. your warm back pressed to my muscular back, feeling warm and fluffy.
with some moaning and grunting, I found your bonds, but they felt tight, like they were designed to be canine claw proof.

I grunt and chuckle a big watching you squirm on the floor in your tight ropes but then frown a bit knowing you've probably gotten into trouble with the same bandits that tied me up. I scoot my big meaty butt over and lucky enough the bench seem big enough for you to sit. You got up and sat down bit of a tight squeeze for ya....kinda pressed up against me with my hip right up against yours. I look at you with a worry grin my tightly secured cleave gag kept me from frowning to much...i tilt my head and nudge my elbow against you to see if you were still okay. You nod your head and turn to your side, I chuckled and did the same turning to my side trying to reach your paws. I couldn't really do much my tied up fat furry body kept me from moving to much. I felt to trussed up to do anything, the tight ropes around my torso kept my thick biceps from moving, the ropes around my wrists were securely tied behind my back, crisscrossed over one another and the rope was tied around my paws in a figure 8 pattern.....So in other words there was no way i was even get close using my claws to cut them ropes around my wrists....couldn't even see what i was doing....unless I had a mirror behind my back where my paws sat security roped up....but i didn't.
Luckily you came along I thought I was gonna be all by myself in that broom closet....wanting badly to know your name and to introduce myself to you by shaking your hand....in the front this time not just behind my back lol....but i scoot to my side as much as i could i turned torched my body to the right, my shoulders puff up do to the tight rope and my beer belly stuck out a little more than usual......So glad those idiots didn't tie my belly up...that would of been seriously uncomfortable. With sometime you grabbed a hold of my paws with two of your sharp claws...I got excited and pressed into you a little more....with our backs some what pressed up mainly it was our shoulders and half of our backs just the way we were sitting on the wooden bench and that we were in a really small broom closet.
I grunt, grumbled and burp a little through my gagged maw...curious on how my new fox friend was doing on the ropes I looked over my shoulder at you..your muzzle down and eyes on the ropes over your shoulder. Trying your hardest and doing your best to cut the ropes but......it was strong....very strong rope....with over 25 minutes of trying to cut the ropes with our claws it was no use...and slowly the two of us gave up and sat on the wooden bench the way we were before....hip to hip.....or is it cheek to cheek....

Nothing but old brooms, buckets, cleaning supplies and towels......I looked at you to see if your legs were tied up like mine....roped up around my ankles and some rope below my knees keeping from walking around....

An old rusty nail with the sharp end of the nail sticking out of it just right next to my head as I look over, the wall only a few feet away from me. So I lean into if just to see how sharp it really is....rubbing my muzzle into it and then rolling my eyes...the nail was dull. But it did tug on my gag a little so that gave me a small idea.
If we weren't gonna cut ourselves loose the least i can do with this "tight" situation was to free myself from my gagged maw and then once I was able to speak again I could formally introduce myself to you and to bite and tug on your gag getting that loose for you. So I leaned back into it all while scratching my lower back with my thumb, while my paws stayed firmly tied up tight behind my back might as well make use for my thumbs in case of an itch....my shirt was off so made it a bit easier for me to get to scratching. So with a little bit of time and effort I rubbed my gagged muzzle all around that old rusty nail in the wall. Up and down I went jerking around a little forward. My eye balls stared at you seeing how you were doing all trussed up and gagged just like me....hoping my butt isn't to big for you. With some luck I manage to pull the gag forward just enough to get it loose all the way to my chin then with my K9 tongue I pushed the bandana out all the way then wiggled my head a little so the gag is now around my neck just above my shoulders.

Hmmmf..*grunts flexing my pecs and arms making the ropes tug and stretch* Damn Mmff...those jerks sure know how to tie a good knot I tell you what........*moment of silence then looking over to you sitting right next to me* Oh my goodness I'm sorry pup *scoots my big butt/hip right up against you* here let me get that gag for ya bud, hold still now" I grunt as I bend my neck to get the tight bandana knot thats behind your head, gritting my teeth and pulling on the knot I speak again
"Alright mffnff..almost got it buddy just hold still for me...." I said with a muffle tone as i pull tug on the bandana knot
Then with one final pull the knot loosen up and the bandana gag fell free from your mouth after you pushed the white cloth out with your tongue, the bandana soon fell down around your neck and just above your shoulders just like mine. You looked at me with a huge smile on your face and I answered back with a nose boop, chuckling a bit making my big beer belly jiggle slightly. As we sat pressed up side to side against each other I look over at you with a smile and a charming wink.

lex gasped a little as his gag was removed. he licked his lips a few times, slipping up the saliva that had bilt up in his maw over the time he was gagged.
he looked up at his partner, and he smield back.
"thank you pal. my name is Lex, and i'm a fox."
