Its hard to get Torch's wings into a full Shot, I figured Id take some time to Show them off in this pose.

Energy output can be adjusted to be either a hard non-volatile surface, or high energy to cut into targets and buildings.
The cybernetics are connected to a neural lace, allowing little thought on the users part to control and move the tech. Repulsers can allow flight

Despite Torchs ability to regenerate limbs and organs, a Voluntary (extremely painful) surgery allowed for his wings to be removed. However if the cybernetics are stripped bare from his body during an encounter, his natural draconian wings will come back after a 45- 75 year period.

despite how complex his wings can be, I actually made them this way to be easier on other artists, since his wings can be removed entirely in a drawing, the artist/or myself wont have to draw them.
