She's from Bartok the Magnificent. It's a prequel to Anastasia and was directed by Bluth.

It's very enjoyable! Cinema quality, but I guess didn't have enough push. It comes with the Anastasia 2 disk set.

Probably how I never heard of it, I never got into the Anastasia movie (though a friend of mine adores it, so I'll have to give it another look one of these days).

I wouldn't say awesome, but it was nice seeing Slovenian folklore characters such as Babajaga. My mom and grandma so often told me about her as a kid haha

I'm from Poland so a few of those things are here too

So what exactly is Piloff supposed to be? A snake, or some sort of russian folk creature? Her voice is cute, and her constantly upbeat attitude sorta Wheezie-esque.
