Perhaps the speedo would give him too much power that he would either explode, or perhaps he becomes so powerful he could destroy the world by a mere misstep of footing or some simple movement. That or he would have a problem such as the Roadrunner would appear on top of his head, and he would realize he can't reach his head due to his arms being too big. Then perhaps he would realize he would become stupider and clumsy because all the power is going away from his head causing him to not think clearly.
