The only thing I see wrong with this is that her head is terribly dispropotionate to the rest of her body, all of her body. :/

It's something that's easily fixed in photoshop, just resize the dimensions above her shoulders.

It's mostly the butt, the arms, the torso and thighs, they're huge in comparison to her head.
